Property TransactionsOnce a property has been successfully booked, reserved, or purchased, we do not typically offer refunds, as the transaction is legally binding and subject to the terms agreed upon between the buyer and the property owner. Consultation and Service FeesIf you have paid a consultation or service fee for assistance with property buying, selling, or renting, refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Modifications and CancellationsIf you wish to modify or cancel any service or consultation request before the service is provided, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but refunds for services already rendered will not be issued.
