General Refund Guidelines

As a real estate platform, TruHomes offers services such as property listings, consultations, and assistance with real estate transactions. Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds are generally not applicable once a transaction or agreement has been completed. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Property Transactions

Once a property has been successfully booked, reserved, or purchased, we do not typically offer refunds, as the transaction is legally binding and subject to the terms agreed upon between the buyer and the property owner. Please ensure that you carefully review all terms and conditions related to the property before proceeding with any payment.

Consultation and Service Fees

If you have paid a consultation or service fee for assistance with property buying, selling, or renting, refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • 1. If the service was not provided as agreed upon (e.g., no consultation or advisory session was given).
  • 2. If you cancel a scheduled consultation or service within 24 hours of booking, a full refund may be issued. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Refund Request Process

  • 2. The transaction or service you are requesting a refund for.
  • 3. The reason for the refund request.
  • 4. Any supporting documentation (e.g., payment receipts, communication with our team).

Refund requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 7-10 business days. If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

No Refunds for Real Estate Transactions

Please note that for real estate transactions involving property purchases, reservations, or bookings, refunds are typically not available. Any issues or disputes related to property transactions must be addressed directly with the property developer or seller, as TruHomes acts only as a facilitator or intermediary.

Modifications and Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel any service or consultation request before the service is provided, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but refunds for services already rendered will not be issued.

Exceptions

In rare cases, TruHomes may issue a refund or allow modifications to a transaction, such as when there is a clear error on our part, such as an incorrect billing charge or failure to provide the agreed-upon services. These exceptions are evaluated at our discretion.
